MUSIC: Drey Beatz - Umm Ahh ft Ice Prince

Drey Beatz, whose real name is Daniel Grey Leonge was born on July 27th in Delta State, Nigeria. Born in the oil city of Warri, Drey is the only son of the legendary southern musician, Emma Grey. Drey Beatz grew up listening to music by his father, Fela Kuti, Sir Victor Uwaifo, Chief Osita Osadebe, Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Rodney Jerkins, Timothy Mosley and Kasseem Dean. After years of honing different musical skills – singing, writing, playing different musical instruments, and singing – Drey officially kicked off his production outfit, which he called Drey Beatz.

Currently signed to OHK Entertainment, powerhouse Drey Beatz has released his first official single titled “UMM AHH”. The feel good song features Africa’s foremost rapper Ice Prince who blesses the Drey Beatz’ track with his usual hard yet catchy punch lines in English and Pidgin English, while engaging listeners with his melodious humor and flawless delivery. Drey Beatz has worked with Skales and Lil Miss Miss.
